Our website lets you talk to a Svara AI voice agent in your browser. Before a call starts, we tell you that you are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded and transcribed.

If you start a call, we use your microphone only for that call.
The audio is processed by Svara and its speech and language model providers to run the conversation.
The call may be recorded, and Svara keeps a text transcript of it.
If you ask for a demo or a callback, the details you give (such as your name, business, phone number and preferred time) are added to our CRM so our team can contact you.
We keep call recordings and transcripts for 30 days, after which they are deleted.
Please don't share sensitive information such as payment details or ID numbers during the call.

You can ask us to delete your recording, transcript or details at any time by emailing connect@bizmitrasolutions.com.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and business, and only for that purpose:

Our CRM: enquiries from our contact forms and voice demo are saved in our own customer records, including BizFlow, our CRM product.
Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that contact form submissions come from a person, not a bot.
Svara and its speech and language model providers: run the live voice demo.
Hosting, database and email providers: host the website, store enquiries and send us notification emails.
Google Analytics: measures how visitors use the website.
